NOTICE OF SALE ON
FORECLOSURE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-entitled Court, having appointed me Special Master of this matter with the power to sell, has ordered me to sell the real property situated in Bernalillo County, State of New Mexico, more particularly described as follows:
Lot numbered Twenty-nine (29) of the Coronado Place as the same is shown and designated on the plat filed in the office of the county clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on May 19, 1905.
The property is more commonly known as 1019 Forrester, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87107.
The Order of Summary Judgment decreeing foreclosure and ordering sale was rendered in the above-entitled and numbered cause on September 21, 2006. The Order appointing me special master was rendered in the above-entitled and numbered cause on October 16, 2006. The nature of the above-entitled and numbered cause on October 16, 2006. The nature of the aboveentitled and numbered cause was to foreclose a mortgage on the above-described property. The sale is to begin on Wednesday, November 29, 2006, at 9:00 a.m., on the steps of the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico, at which time I will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lawful currency of the United States of America, the property to pay expenses of sale, and to satisfy the judgment entered in the above-entitled action in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $189,554.25, plus interest thereon at a rate of eight point zero nine eight one three percent (8.09813%) per annum from June 15, 2005 to the date of sale. Plaintiff is allowed to bid the amount of their Judgment, or any portion thereof, at said sale as the equivalent of cash.
