NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUSPEND PERA PAYMENTS TO SATISFY JUDGMENT
Notice is hereby given that Nichole Turrietta, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, will at the hour of 10:15 a.m., on the 31st day of March, 2011, petition the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, to divide the PERA in the above-captioned cause to satisfy the judgment against Petitioner entered on the 11 day of February, 2008 in the records of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and that all persons who may care to oppose the same shall take notice accordingly.
