PUBLICTION THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO TO: Unknown Heirs of Elizabeth B. Leslie, and all Unknown Persons Who Have or Claim Any Interest in the Estate of Elizabeth B. Leslie, Deceased, or in the Matter Being Litigated in the Hereinafter Mentioned Hearing. Hearing on the Petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Appointment of Personal Representative filed by Petitioner, which Petition requests the Court to determine the heirs, adjudicate intestacy and appoint D. Robert Goldenberg as Personal Representative of the Estate of Elizabeth B.
