NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Klaeton Khoi Alarid, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the 2nd (Second) District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Klaeton Khoi Alarid to Khoi Van Le, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge, on the 23 day of May 2011, at the hour of 2:30 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Albuquerque, New Mexico.
