NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION

Plaintiff, AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC, pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.

1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendant.

2. Plaintiff is seeking service of Carla R. Estevane of the Complaint in No. CV-2010-14634.

4. If a Response is not filed by Carla R. Estevane a default may be entered against the Defendant.

5. The real property which is the subject matter of this action is legally described as follows:

Lot numbered Nine (9) of Academy Knolls Subdivision being a replat of Tracts AK-1 and AK-2 of Academy Knolls, a Subdivision in the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, as the same is shown and designated on the replat, filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on October 14, 1977, in Plat Book D8, page 30.

The real property is also described as 10005 Michelle Loop Northeast,Albuquerque,NM87111.
