NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION

Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, Successor By Merger To Wachovia Bank, NA, pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.

1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendants.

2. Plaintiff is seeking service of Shirley B. Williams and Marjorie A. Williams of the Complaint in No. D-202-CV-2011-05020.

4. If a Response is not filed by Shirley B. Williams and Marjorie A. Williams a default may be entered against the Defendants.
