NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Stephen Michael Apodaca, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from Stephen Michael Apodaca to Skyler Michael Morningstar, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable CARL J. BUTKUS, District Judge, on the 4th day of January, 2012, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
