NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CARRIE GRINSTEAD, a resident of the City of Rio Rancho, County of Sandoval, State of New Mexico and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Sandoval County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Carrie Grinstead to Carrie Michelle Bergs, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Louis P. McDonald, District Judge, on the 15TH day of February, 2012, at the hour of 8:45 a.m. at the Sandoval County Courthouse, Bernalillo, New Mexico.
