THE STATE OFNEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF GLADYS R. MONTGOMERY, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GLADYS R. MONTGOMERY, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, JEANINE R. STEFFY, for the Estate of GLADYS R. MONTGOMERY, on the Petition for Order of Determination of Heirship, Formal Probate of Will and Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, filed by the Personal Representative of the Estate of GLADYS R. MONTGOMERY. Said petition waives the final accounting, formally probates the will, determines the heirs and devisees, approves distribution of the Estate, declares the Estate fully settled and discharges the Personal Representative from further claims or demands of any interested person.
The Hearing will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse,400 Lomas Blvd., N.W.,Albuquerque,New Mexico, on ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬the 20th day of February, at 9:00 a.m., before the Honorable CLAY CAMPBELL.
Pursuant to N.M.S.A. 1978, §45-1 401 (1975), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
