NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF ACTION

Plaintiff, Nationstar Mortgage LLC, pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.

1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendants.

2. Plaintiff is seeking service of Steven Mancilla and Jessie Mancilla of the Complaint in No. D-202-CV-2011-08027.
