Plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank, NA, pursuant to Rule 1-004 J New Mexico Rules of Civil Procedures-District Courts, publishes the following as its Notice of Pendency of Action.
1. Plaintiff has filed a Judicial Foreclosure Complaint against the above named Defendant.
2. Plaintiff is seeking service of the unknown heirs and devisees of Defendant, Michael J. Carson of the Complaint in No. D-202-CV-2011-08314.

4. If a Response is not filed by unknown heirs and devisees of Defendant, Michael J. Carson a default may be entered against the Defendant.

LOT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN (27) OF ESTRELLA BRILLANTE SUBDIVISION A SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID ADDITION, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON AUGUST 17, 1983 IN VOLUME C21, FOLIO 193.
