NOTICE TO THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OF LEOLA E. WENLAND, DECEASED
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Petition has been filed in the above referenced cause of action by Petitioners Joan H. Strong and Jerry H. Wendland, seeking a determination of the heirship of the decedent, Leola E. Wendland, who died on June 6, 2002.
On the 4TH day of June, 2012, at the hour of 10:30 in the District Court for the Tenth Judicial District, Harding County Courthouse, Mosquero, NM, the District Judge Albert J. Mitchell Jr., will hold a hearing for determining the heirship of the above named decedent and appointing Joan H. Strong and Jerry H. Wendland as Co-Person Representatives to issue Personal Representative=s deeds and for such other relief that the Court deems just and proper.
The property to which this Petition relates is certain mineral rights situated inHardingCounty, State ofNew Mexico.
