NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, Petitioner, Veronica Ruppel, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Verified Petition for Name Change in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Veronica Ruppel to VERONICA MARTINEZ and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Ted Baca, Second Judicial District Court Judge, at the Second Judicial District Courthouse located at 400 Lomas Boulevard, N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico, at 1:30 p.m. on the Wednesday, July 11, 2012.
