NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DANIEL DION SHELDON, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DANIEL DION SHELDON, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, Jeanine R. Steffy, for the Estate of DANIEL DION SHELDON, on the Petition for Order of Determination of Heirship, Formal Probate of Will and Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative, filed by the Personal Representative of the Estate of DANIEL DION SHELDON. Said petition waives the final accounting, formally probates the will, determines the heirs and devisees, approves distribution of the Estate, declares the Estate fully settled and discharges the Personal Representative from further claims or demands of any interested person.
The Hearing will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., N.W., Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 5th day of June 2012, at 9:00 a.m., before the Honorable CARL J. BUTKUS.
Pursuant to N.M.S.A. 1978, §45-1 401 (1975), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
