PUBLIC NOTICE
To Gheyas Samadi, also known as John Rose, and all persons who may claim in interest by, through or under him:
Please take notice that various items of personal property allegedly belonging to Gheyas Samadi remain on the premises located at 6374 State Road 303, SE, South of the corporate limits of the City of Albuquerque, within the County of Bernalillo, following termination of a real estate contract and repossession of the premises by Sunwest Trust, Inc. as Custodian for the benefit of the Patricia Crowder IRA No. 95167.
Failure to remove the various items of personal property left by Gheyas Samadi within thirty (30) days following publication of this notice, will be considered abandonment of the property, and the property will be disposed of in accordance with the law.
