TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3, N.M.S.A. 1978, Conway Ronald Coleman will apply to the Honorable CLAY CAMPBELL, District Judge of the Second Judicial District, at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas NW Courtroom #616 Albuquerque, New Mexico, at 9:25 o’clock am., on the 14th day of August, 2012, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from Conway Ronald Coleman to Conway Russell Delmage.
