NOTICE OF PETITION FOR CHANGE OF NAME
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested parties that the Petitioners, Nevin Kedrick McIlwaine and Asli Nur McIlwaine, have petitioned the Court for a change of name, Mira Annasu Capin to Mira Annasu McIlwaine, that a hearing on said Petition will be heard before the Honorable David P. Reeb, Jr., in chambers in the Curry County Courthouse, Clovis, New Mexico, on the 12th day of Sept., 2012 at 11:30 a.m.
All parties having any objection to the Petition for Change of Name are hereby directed to respond on or before said date or to appear at said date and place to show cause why an Order should not be granted changing the name of Mira Annasu Capin to Mira Annasu McIlwaine.
