6.  Approval of Consent Election Agreement:

a.  AFSCME, Council 18 v.ValenciaCounty; PELRB No. 310-12. The Board will also review the Director’s report of the Election taking place under this Agreement on September 18, 2012 and may certify the Election results as well as approve the Consent Election Agreement.

7.  Request for Board Review:

a. New MexicoCoalition of Public Safety Officers Association v.CountyofSanta Fe; PELRB No. 304-12. Review of unit designation by Hearing Officer T. Zane Reeves.

8.  Review and Ratification of Hearing Officer Decisions:

a.  Partial Dismissal of PPC; AFSCME Council 18 v. NM Regulation and Licensing Department; PELRB No. 113-12.

b.  Decision regarding Raton’s local ordinance compliance with PEBA §26(A);  IAFF Local 2378 v. City of Raton; PELRB No. 118-11 matter may be heard as an appeal if one is timely filed.

Updated and amended Agendas may be picked up at the PELRB office up to twenty-four hours in advance or at the board meeting.
