Vasvary to Nancy M. Thibodeaux, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable DENISE BARELA SHEPHERD, District Judge, on the day of 10-19-2012, at the hour of 9:00 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
