The Petitioner has filed a Petition for a change of name from Kay Heartland to Kalei Heartland, and the hearing will be held before the Honorable Shannon Bacon, District Judge of the Second Judicial District Court of the State of New Mexico, at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, NM, on October 1, 2012, at the hour of 11:00 a.m.
