TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of Sections 40-8-1 through 40-8-3, NMSA 1978, Petitioners JAMES ERIC MICHAEL LESTER II and DANA LESTER will apply to the Honorable Carl J. Butkus, District Judge of the Second Judicial District, at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas, NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, at 3:00 p.m. on the 22nd day of October 2012, during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for change of name of the Child from JAMES AIDAN LESTER III to AIDAN LESTER.
