Hearing on the Petition For Formal Probate of Last Will and Testament and Appointment of Personal Representative relating to the Estate of VIRGINIA LOPEZ , deceased, will be held on November 20, 2012 at 10:00 am, Bernalillo County Court House, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102, before the Honorable Beatrice J.
