District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change his/her name from Kathi Cunningham Bradley to Kathi Cunningham, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable CARL J. BUTKUS, District Judge, on the 31st day of October 2012, at the hour of 3:00 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas NW Alb., New Mexico.
