NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF JUSTIN FEDERMAN STONE, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JUSTIN FEDERMAN STONE, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Verified Petition: (1) To Convert the Informal Probate of the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament to a Formal Probate of the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament; (2) To Convert the Informal Appointment of the Personal Representative of the Decedent’s Estate to a Formal Appointment of the Personal Represetative of the Decedent’s Estate and Confirm Such Personal Representative’s Prior Appointment; (3) To Determine Testacy; and (4) To Determine Heirship; and on the Petition for Partial Distribution and Partial Payment of the Personal Representative’s Fee (collectively “Petitions”), filed by the undersigned attorney on behalf of the Personal Representaive, will be held at the Bernalillo County District Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, before the Honorable Carl J. Butkus, on November 27, 2012, at the hour of 9:40 a.m.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, 45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on said Petitions is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
