You are hereby notified that Gabriela Miramontes, the above named Petitioner, has filed a civil action, wherein you are named as the respondent in the above titled Court and cause, the general object thereof being a VERIFIED MOTION FOR CHANGE OF CUSTODY of the minor child, Axel Gabriel Miramontes.
Unless you enter your appearance in this case within twenty (20) days at 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Second Judicial Court Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, from the date of publication of this notice a default judgment shall be entered in the above Court and case granting Gabriela Miramontes, the above named Petitioner, sole physical and legal custody of the minor child, Axel Gabriel Miramontes, and any further relief prayed for will be granted by the court.
