NOTICE TO UNKNOWN HEIRS OF PAUL WALTER ZIMMERMAN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JEAN MICHAELSON has been appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of PAUL WALTER ZIMMERMAN, deceased (sometimes “Decedent”).
The Personal Representative is informed and believes that, at death, PAUL WALTER ZIMMERMAN, deceased, was 64 years old, resided in Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, and was an unmarried man without any known children, grandchildren, or other any lineal descendants.
Decedent was born in Montana to GERALD AUGUST ZIMMERMAN and MARIA CLAUDINA ZIMMERMAN, lived in Montana and in Las Cruces, New Mexico during his childhood and thereafter primarily in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with some time spent in Reno, Nevada, and in Hawaii. Decedent served in the U.S. Navy from 1966 until 1969 and spent time in Vietnam. Decedent was an avid golfer, fly-fisherman, and motorcyclist.
The Personal Representative is informed and believes that Decedent died intestate, i.e., without having left any validly executed last Will that is known to or has been located by the Personal Representative despite the exercise of reasonable diligence by the Personal Representative.
All persons, including all unknown heirs of PAUL WALTER ZIMMERMAN, deceased, having claims against Decedent’s Estate as an heir of Decedent or any claims to any share of Decedent’s Estate based on any actual or alleged heirship are required to present their claims within two (2) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice or all such claims will be forever barred. Claims must be presented to the Personal Representative:
