NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that David Peter Cocca, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the 2nd District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein he seeks to change his name from David Peter Cocca to David Cocca Erickson, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Judge C. Shannon Bacon, District Judge, on the 6th day of February 2013, at the hour of 11:00 a.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd Albuquerque, New Mexico.
