FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE TREATMENT SERVICES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS
IN THE COURT’S DWI/DRUG COURT PROGRAM
The State of New Mexico Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court is currently requesting sealed proposals from prospective Offerors for Substance Abuse Treatment Services.
The RFP will be issued on February 15, 2013. Anyone interested in obtaining a copy may access and download the RFP from the internet, after 10:00 a.m. on February 15, 2013 at the following address:

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 22, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. The deadline to submit a sealed Proposal in response to the RFP is March 28, 2013, at 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Daylight Time). Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager by the above date and time or they will be rejected.
