TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DORIS GROSSETETE, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DORIS GROSSETETE, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing on the Petition for Formal Probate and Will and for Formal Appointment of Personal Representative filed by the Petitioner, Benjamin Albert Grossetete, will be held at 9:00 a.m. on April 26, 2013 before the Honorable Judge Clay Campbell at the Bernalillo County Courthouse located at 400 Lomas St. NW in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
