NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Please Take Notice that the above-entitled Court, having duly appointed a Special Master or his designee, in this matter with the power to sell, has ordered me to sell the property located at 2101 Elm SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87102, more legally described as:
LOT NUMBERED TWELVE (12), IN BOCK NUMBERED FIFTEEN (15) OF THE TORREON ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF ALBUQERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNTED ON THE PLAT THEREOF OF SAID ADDITION, FILE WITH THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON FEBRUARY 14, 1923.
The property will be sold subject to rights of redemption; easements, reservations and restriction of records; taxes and governmental assessments; any liens or encumbrances not foreclosed in this proceeding; environmental contamination, if any, and zoning violations concerning the property, if any.
A foreclosure Judgment was entered in the above entitled and numbered cause on April 8, 2013, against the Defendants in favor of SW Linear Investment Group, LLC in the amount of $190,173.53 plus interest at the rate specified in the Judgment. The foreclosure sale is to begin at 9:30 A.M., on the 28th day of May, 2013, at the front steps of the Bernalillo County Courthouse, One Civil Plaza NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, at which time I will sell to the highest bidder for cash the above-described Real Estate and all improvements to pay the amount of the Judgment referred to above plus interest to the date of the foreclosure sale and the costs of the foreclosure sale. At such sale, the Plaintiff, SW LINEAR INVESTMENT GROUP, LLC, may become the purchaser of the property being sold and may apply all or part of the Judgment to the bid, should it be the highest bidder. The appointed Special Master may postpone and reschedule the sale without further publication. All inquiries regarding the sale of the Property should be directed to Michael J.
