NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ELIAS YUDKOWSKY, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative (the “Petition”) filed by the undersigned petitioners will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on July 30, 2013, at 9:15 A.M. before the Honorable Nan G. Nash, District Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the petitioner that:
1. The Court formally confirm the prior order of this Court entered on December 5, 2012.
2. The Court formally confirm the heirs and devisees of the decedent and the distributees entitled to distribution of the estate as set forth in the prior order of this Court entered on December 5, 2012.
3. The Court declare the estate fully settled and discharge petitioner from further claims or demands of any interested person.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above-captioned cause and is available for your review.
Pursuant to NMSA, 1978 §45-1-401 (2008), notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
