NOTICE OF HEARING BY PUBLICATION
THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF HECTOR A. TORRES, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Hearing on the Petition for Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal Representative (the “Petition”) filed by the undersigned petitioner will be held at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on August 7, 2013, at – 9:15 A.M. before the Honorable Alan Malott, District Judge. You are hereby notified that at the hearing the Court will consider the request by the petitioner that:
1. The Court approve the Accounting attached to the Petition as Exhibit A.
2. The Court approve the Satisfaction and Release of Claim and the Satisfaction of Debt attached to the Petition as Exhibits B and C.
3. The Court approve the Receipt of Distributive Share attached to the Petition as Exhibit D.
4. The Court declare the estate fully settled and discharge petitioner from further claims or demand of any interested person.
A copy of the Petition is on file with the Court in the above-captioned cause and is available for your review.
Pursuant to §45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on the Petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
