NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioner, Paige Chavez, by and through her attorney, Keith Findlay of, Findlay & Dziak, LLC, has filed a Petition to change the name of her minor child from EZEKIEL THOMAS RUDOLPH-SATRIANA to EZEKIEL SAMSON CHAVEZ.
This petition will be heard before the honorable Denise Barela Shepherd, District Judge, on the 16th day of August, 2013, at the hour of 9:35 am, at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
