NOTICE IN RE STANDING ROCK LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the undersigned as the court-appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Stevan J. Schoen, Deceased, to the limited partners of the Standing Rock Limited Partnership as follows:
1. Stevan J. Schoen served as General Partner of the Standing Rock Limited Partnership from 1989 until his death in 2011.
2. All persons having a Partnership Interest in the Standing Rock Limited Partnership formed in 1972 are required to present proof of their interest within two (2) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice, or the claims will be forever barred.
3. Claims must be presented either to the undersigned Personal Representative or filed with the District Court of Sandoval County, New Mexico, located at P.O. Box 600, Bernalillo, NM 87004.
4. The whereabouts of the following named Partners is unknown at this time. The Partners or their heirs, successors or assigns should notify the Personal Representative of their contact information as soon as possible: Devereaux P. Dunlap, I. A. Esenwein, Colonel Thomas C. Kensler, Albert D. Rice, Kenneth Yarbrough, and Leona Wehrle.
