NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE is hereby given that on September 5, 2013, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the entrance of Bernalillo Metropolitan Courthouse, located at 401 Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102, all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 1900 Black Gold Road SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico, and more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED TWENTY-SEVEN (27) IN BLOCK NUMBERED FOUR (4) OF JUAN TABO HILLS, UNIT 1, WITHIN SECTIONS 27, 33 AND 34, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, RANGE 4 EAST, NMPM, CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME ARE SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO ON DECEMBER 22, 2005 IN MAP BOOK 2005C, FOLIO 406.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Default Judgment entered on June 4, 2013, in the amount of $328,471.21, with interest accruing at 4.875% per year from March 2, 2013, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. Bank of America, N.A., its successor, investor, or assignee has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS AT SALE ARE ADVISED TO MAKE THEIR OWN EXAMINATION OF THE TITLE AND THE CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY AND TO CONSULT THEIR OWN ATTORNEY BEFORE BIDDING.
