You are hereby notified that the above-named Plaintiff has filed a civil action against you in the above-entitled Court and cause, the general object thereof being to foreclose a mortgage on property located at 4606 Fairfax Drive NW, in the City of Albuquerque, New Mexico, more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED TWENTY (20) IN BLOCK NUMBERED ONE (1) OF SANDIA VISTA, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE ALAMEDA GRANT, T.11 N., R. 2 E., N.M.P.M., ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT THEREOF FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON APRIL 19, 1979 IN BOOK D9, PAGE 105.
