Hearing on the petition filed by ZIA TRUST, INC., requesting formal probate of the Last
Will and Testament of Betty G. Retzlaff, and Order of Complete Settlement of Estate by Personal
Representative will be held on September 3, 2013, at 1:30 p. m., at the Bernalillo County
Courthouse, Second Judicial District Court, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102,
before the Honorable Theodore C. Baca, District Judge.
Pursuant to NMSA 1978, §45-1-401, notice of the time and place of hearing on the petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
