TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of NMSA 1978 §40-8-1 et seq., will apply to the Honorable Clay Campbell, District Court Judge of the Second Judicial District Court, at the Second Judicial District Courthouse at 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Courtroom 616, Albuquerque, New Mexico, at 2:00 o’clock p.m., on the 30th day of October, 2013, for 5 minutes during a regular term of the Court, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard for an Order for a change of name from Emerald Latryce Johnston to Emerald Latryce Clay.
