NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to 45-3-801 NMSA (1993), that MICHAEL S. JOHNSTONE and MEREDITH A. JOHNSTONE have been duly appointed as Co-Personal Representatives of the Deceased, PETER HAMPTON JOHNSTONE, in the above-referenced proceeding. Any creditor having a potential claim against the Deceased or potential claim against the estate of the Deceased shall provide such a claim within two (2) months after the final publication of this Notice to Creditors to the Clerk of the Second Judicial District Court in and for the County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and/or to the Co-Personal Representatives at the address below given, or be forever barred.
