NOTICE TO HEIRS REGARDING ASSISTED REPRODUCTION AND GESTATIONAL CHILDREN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having reason to believe that a person born by means of assisted reproduction, or a gestational child (as defined in 45-2-115 and 45-2-121 NMSA 1978) who would be an heir of the Decedent, Lisa M. Richard; or who would have a claim against the Estate of Lisa M. Richard, or who would in any other manner be an interested person in the Estate (herein, for convenience, collectively referred to as an “Afterborn Heir”) is required to present the Estate with Notice of the potential for said Afterborn Heir within two (2) months after the date of this Notice. Notice must be either (a) presented by mail or in person to the Personal Representative at the offices of the attorneys for the estate (Wilcox & Sikelianos, P.C., Post Office Box 70238, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87197, or 901 Rio Grande Boulevard, N.W., Suite H-160, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87104, Attn: Johanna A. Pickel, Esq.) or (b) filed with the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, Post Office Box 488, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87103.
