NOTICE is hereby given that on March 13, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., the undersigned Special Master or his agent will sell to the highest bidder at the entrance of the Bernalillo Metropolitan Courthouse, 401 Lomas Blvd, Albuquerque, NM 87102 all Defendants’ interest in the real property located at 8419 Casa Morena Court NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico in Bernalillo County, and more particularly described as:
LOT NUMBERED NINE (9) IN BLOCK NUMBERED TWO (2) OF A SUBDIVISION PLAT OF TIERRA OESTE UNIT 2, A SUBDIVISION OF UNPLATTED LANDS WITHIN PROJECTED SECTION 16, T.10N.,R.,2E., N.M.P.M., TOWN OF ATRISCO GRANT, CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO, AS THE SAME IS SHOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY CLERK OF BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON MAY 18, 2001, IN PLAT BOOK 2001C, FOLIO 144.
The sale will satisfy all or a portion of a Judgment entered on November 14, 2013, in the amount of $164,501.61, with interest accruing at 7.000% per year from September 17, 2013, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained from either the court clerk or the undersigned Special Master prior to the sale date. Bank of America, N.A., its successor, investor, or assignee has the right to bid at the sale and to apply its judgment or a portion thereof to the purchase price in lieu of cash. For all other bidders, the sale terms are cash or its equivalent by the close of business on the day of sale. The sale may be postponed and rescheduled at the Special Master’s discretion.
