1. A complaint was filed against you by Green Tree Servicing LLC, in this Court on September 5, 2013, regarding a 1997 Town & Country Mobile Home 16’ x 80’, Vin: PH-01-0164. You may obtain a copy of the complaint from the Second Judicial District Court.
2. You or your attorney are hereby directed to immediately serve a pleading or motion in response to the complaint with the Second Judicial District Court of Bernalillo County, and to send a copy of your response to the Plaintiff’s attorney.
3. If you do not immediately respond to the compliant, the Plaintiff will apply to the Court for a default judgment against you entitling it to the relief sought in the complaint.
