NOTICE OF SALE ON FORECLOSURE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the above-entitled Court, having appointed me, or my designee, Special Master of this matter with the power to sell, has ordered me to sell the real property situated in Bernalillo County, State of New Mexico, described as follows:
Lot numbered eight (8) and nine (9) in block numbered nine (9) of Paradise Heights, Unit one (1), a subdivision within the Town of Alameda Grant, Albuquerque, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, as the same are shown and designated on the map of said subdivision filed in the office of the County Clerk of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, on December 13, 1966, in Map Book D3, folio 154.
The Judgment, Decree of Foreclosure, Order of Sale and Appointment of Special Master was rendered in the above-entitled and numbered cause on February 20, 2014. The nature of the above-entitled and numbered cause was to foreclose a Mortgage on the above-described property.
The sale is to begin at 10:00 a.m., on March 24, 2014, outside the front entrance of the Bernalillo County Courthouse, City of Albuquerque, State of New Mexico, at which time I will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lawful currency of the United States of America, the property to pay expenses of sale, and to satisfy the judgment entered in the above-entitled action in favor of MAIN BANK in the amount of $128,885.88, plus $61,553.63 in unpaid interest, plus unpaid late charges of $173.10 plus $31.40 in insufficient funds charges plus $31.40 for flood certification plus interest from July 10, 2013, at the daily rate of $63.56. Interest to the date sale will be $16,334.92. Plaintiff is allowed to bid the amount of its Judgment, or any portion thereof, at said sale as the equivalent of cash.
