TO: UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ROSENDA TRUJILLO, DEACEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSON WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROSENDA TRUJILLO, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
A hearing on the petition of an Heir for Adjudication of Intestacy and Formal Appointment of Personal Representative, filed by Elena Ashley, will be held at 10:00 A.M. on May 1, 2014, before the Honorable Clay Campbell, at the Second Judicial District Court located at 400 Lomas NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87103.
Pursuant to 45-1-401 NMSA 1978, notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
