NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) NO. 14-002
FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE COUNSELING SERVICES FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE BERNALILLO COUNTY METROPOLITAN COURT’S DOMESTIC VIOLENCE REPEAT OFFENDER PROGRAM
The State of New Mexico Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court (“Court”) is currently requesting for the Court sealed proposals from prospective Offerors for Domestic Violence Counseling Services for Participants in the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court’s Domestic Violence Repeat Offender Program.
The RFP will be issued on March 28, 2014. Anyone interested in obtaining a copy may access and download the RFP from the internet, after 10:00 a.m. on March 28, 2014, at the following address:

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on April 4, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. The deadline to submit a sealed Proposal in response to the RFP is May 2, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Daylight Time). Proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager by the above date and time or they will be rejected.
