Notice is hereby given that Toby Sean Ross, pursuant to Sections 40-8-2 and 40-8-3, N.M.S.A., 1978, and as provided by law, has filed his petition in the District Court of Bernalillo County, New Mexico, in Cause No. D-202-CV-2013-9933 wherein he petitions the Court to change his name from Toby Sean Ross to Sean David Ross and that said Petition will be presented to the Court at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd. NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico on the 25th day of March, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as same can be heard.
