NOTICE OF PENDENCY OF SUIT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a suit has been commenced and is now pending in the above named Court in which the above named Plaintiffs are seeking to quiet the title to certain property situated in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. The Defendants against whom constructive service is sought to be obtained are as follows:
1. Warren J. Ames, Jr., John W. Kinney, Virginia Rose Kinney and Southwest Escrow, formerly a New Mexico business.
2. The Unknown Heirs of: Warren J. Ames, Jr., John W. Kinney and Virginia Rose Kinney.
3. All unknown claimants of interest in the premises adverse to the Plaintiff.
The general nature of this action is to quiet the title of the Plaintiff in full fee simple to a tract of land located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, which is more particularly described in the “Complaint to Quiet Title” on file herein as follows:
Lot numbered Twelve (12) in Block numbered Two (2) of the JOHN A. LEE ADDITION to the City of Albuquerque, as the same is shown and designated on the Amended Plat of said Addition filed in the Office of the Probate Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Bernalillo County, New Mexico on April 19, 1905.
Hereinafter referred to as “the Premises”.
The above named Defendants are notified that unless they enter their appearance in said cause on or before the 28th day of April, 2014. Judgment will be rendered in said cause against them by default.
