more particulary described as:

ALBUQUERQUE, BERNALILLO
COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, AS
THE SAME IS SHOWN AND
DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT OF
SAID SUBDIVISION, FILED IN
THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY
CLERK OF BERNALILLO
COUNTY, NEW MEXICO, ON
AUGUST 27, 2002, IN PLAT
BOOK 2002C, FOLIO 292.
The sale will satisfy all or a
portion of a Judgment entered on
March 27, 2014, in the amount
of $138,321.88, with interest
accruing at 5.625% per year
from March 17, 2014, forward.
The Judgment may be obtained
from either the court clerk or
the undersigned Special Master
prior to the sale date. Plaintiff
has the right to bid at the sale
and to apply their judgments or
a portion thereof to the purchase
price in lieu of cash. For all
other bidders, the sale terms
are cash or its equivalent by
the close of business on the
day of sale. The sale may be
postponed and rescheduled at
the Special Master’s discretion.
