THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
TO: HEIRS OF UNKNOWN ADDRESSES, INCLUDING ISABEL VIGIL, THOMAS LUERAS, ESTATE OF STEPHEN LUERAS AND CHRISTOPHER LUERAS AS WELL AS UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THOMAS S. LUERAS, DECEASED, AND ALL UNKNOWN PERSONS WHO HAVE OR CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THOMAS S. LUERAS, DECEASED, OR IN THE MATTER BEING LITIGATED IN THE HEREINAFTER MENTIONED HEARING.
Notice of Hearing is hereby given by the undersigned Attorney, Jeanine R. Steffy, for the Estate of THOMAS S. LUERAS, on the Motion to Create Trust for Heirs of Unknown Address and Minor Heirs, filed by the Personal Representative, JOSEPH LUERAS. Said motion request the Court create a trust for certain heirs of the Estate.
The Hearing will be held at the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County Courthouse, 400 Lomas Blvd., NW, Albuquerque, New Mexico, on the 8th day of September, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., before the Honorable VALERIE A. HULING.
Pursuant to N.M.S.A. 1978, §45-1-401 (1975), notice of the time and place of hearing on said petition is hereby given you by publication, once each week, for two consecutive weeks.
