NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Josephine Gurule a/k/a Terry J. Gurule, a resident of the City of Albuquerque, County of Bernalillo, State of New Mexico, and over the age of fourteen (14) years, has filed a Petition to Change Name in the Second Judicial District Court, Bernalillo County, New Mexico, wherein she seeks to change her name from Josephine Gurule to Theresa Josephine Gurule, and that this Petition will be heard before the Honorable Ned S. Fuller, District Judge, on the 4th day of September 2014, at the hour of 1:45 p.m., at the Bernalillo County Courthouse, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
